Przejrzystość DSA

Wersja : 1.0 · Data aktualizacji : 2026-10-10

15 wynika z art. 15 ust. 2. Mefami pozostaje w pełni związane art. 16 i 17 DSA i dobrowolnie udostępnia ścieżkę odwoławczą opisaną w sekcji 5.

2. Punkt kontaktowy

  • Użytkownicy i organy (art. 11 i 12 DSA): kontakt@mefami.com
  • Języki komunikacji: polski, angielski
  • Adres pocztowy: MOSTAFA ALAOUI, al. Aleje Jerozolimskie 89/43, 02-001 Warszawa

13 DSA.

3. Jak zgłosić treść (art. 16 DSA)

W aplikacji: przytrzymaj wiadomość, następnie wybierz „Zgłoś". Formularz pozwala wskazać rodzaj treści, dokładną lokalizację (identyfikator wiadomości) oraz Twoją tożsamość jako zgłaszającego.

Pocztą elektroniczną: kontakt@mefami.com. Aby zgłoszenie było wystarczająco precyzyjne i uzasadnione w rozumieniu art. 16 ust. 2 DSA, opisz w nim:

  1. powody, dla których uważasz treść za bezprawną;
  2. dokładne wskazanie lokalizacji treści (identyfikator wiadomości lub zrzut ekranu z datą);
  3. Twoje imię i nazwisko oraz adres e-mail (z wyjątkiem zgłoszeń dotyczących przestępstw z art. 3-7 dyrektywy 2011/93/UE);
  4. oświadczenie o dobrej wierze co do prawdziwości i kompletności zgłoszenia.

Potwierdzamy otrzymanie zgłoszenia bez zbędnej zwłoki.

4. Rozpatrywanie zgłoszeń

Zgłoszenia rozpatrujemy terminowo, w sposób staranny, niearbitralny i obiektywny (art. 16 ust. 6 DSA). Decyzje podejmują ludzie; nie stosujemy zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji w rozumieniu art. 16 ust. 6 zdanie drugie.

Orientacyjne terminy wewnętrzne — zobowiązanie organizacyjne, a nie gwarancja umowna:

Rodzaj zgłoszeniaTermin docelowy
Zgłoszenie organu publicznego1 godzina
CSAM, groźby przemocy, ryzyko samookaleczenia4 godziny robocze
Pozostałe zgłoszenia48 godzin roboczych

Możliwe środki: usunięcie lub ograniczenie widoczności treści, zamrożenie wątku, ostrzeżenie, zawieszenie lub zamknięcie konta, zawiadomienie właściwego organu.

5. Uzasadnienie i odwołanie (art. 17 DSA)

  • pozasądowego rozstrzygania sporów przed organem certyfikowanym na podstawie art. 21 DSA;
  • postępowania sądowego;
  • skargi do koordynatora ds. usług cyfrowych w państwie członkowskim Twojego zamieszkania lub siedziby.

6. Treści zakazane — procedura wzmocniona

W przypadku materiałów przedstawiających seksualne wykorzystywanie dziecka (CSAM) Mefami natychmiast zawiesza odpowiedzialne konto, zamraża wątek i zawiadamia właściwy organ. W Polsce jest to zespół NASK Dyżurnet (dyzurnet.pl). Jeżeli poweźmiemy podejrzenie popełnienia przestępstwa zagrażającego życiu lub bezpieczeństwu osoby, zawiadamiamy organy ścigania zgodnie z art. 18 DSA.

7. Nakazy organów (art. 9 i 10 DSA)

8. Czego Mefami nie robi

  • Żadnych reklam. Mefami nie wyświetla reklam — ani ukierunkowanych, ani jakichkolwiek innych. Art. 26 i 28 ust.

15 DSA (art. 15 ust. 2). Prowadzimy jednak wewnętrzny rejestr zgłoszeń i podjętych działań i opublikujemy sprawozdanie, jeżeli zwolnienie przestanie mieć zastosowanie.

DSA transparency

Version: 1.0 · Last updated: 2026-10-10

This page explains how Mefami applies Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (the DSA): how to report content, what happens next, how to appeal, and whom to contact.

1. Qualification of the service

Mefami provides a hosting service within the meaning of Article 3(g)(iii) DSA: it stores content provided by users (messages, documents, calendar entries) in a closed space reachable only by the people that user has invited.

Mefami is not an online platform disseminating content to the public: there is no public feed, no way to search other users' content, and no dissemination to a wider audience.

MOSTAFA ALAOUI is a micro or small enterprise within the meaning of Recommendation (EU) 2003/361/EC. Under Article 19 DSA, the obligations of Section 3 of Chapter III (including Article 20 — internal complaint-handling system, and Article 24 — platform reporting) do not apply to it; the exemption from Article 15 reporting follows from Article 15(2). Mefami remains fully bound by Articles 16 and 17 DSA and voluntarily offers the appeal route described in section 5.

2. Point of contact

  • Users and authorities (Articles 11 and 12 DSA): kontakt@mefami.com
  • Languages of communication: Polish, English
  • Postal address: MOSTAFA ALAOUI, al. Aleje Jerozolimskie 89/43, 02-001 Warsaw, Poland

Mefami is not established outside the European Union and does not designate a legal representative under Article 13 DSA.

3. How to report content (Article 16 DSA)

In the app: long-press a message, then choose "Report". The form lets you state the type of content, the exact location (message identifier) and your identity as the reporter.

By email: kontakt@mefami.com. For a notice to be sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated within the meaning of Article 16(2) DSA, please include:

  1. the reasons why you consider the content to be illegal;
  2. a clear indication of the exact location of the content (message identifier, or a dated screenshot);
  3. your name and email address (except for notices concerning offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU);
  4. a statement of good faith as to the accuracy and completeness of the notice.

We confirm receipt of a notice without undue delay.

4. How notices are handled

We handle notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner (Article 16(6) DSA). Decisions are made by people; we use no automated decision-making within the meaning of the second sentence of Article 16(6).

Indicative internal target times — an organisational commitment, not a contractual guarantee:

Type of noticeTarget time
Notice from a public authority1 hour
CSAM, violent threats, risk of self-harm4 business hours
All other notices48 business hours

Possible measures: removal or restriction of visibility of the content, freezing of the thread, a warning, suspension or termination of the account, notification of the competent authority.

5. Statement of reasons and appeal (Article 17 DSA)

Once a notice has been handled, we inform both the reporter and the user whose content is concerned of the decision taken, its factual and legal basis, and the redress available.

Appeal: write to kontakt@mefami.com within 14 days of receiving the decision, quoting its reference. The appeal is examined by someone other than the person who took the initial decision. We reply within 14 days.

Independently of this route, you are entitled to:

  • out-of-court dispute settlement before a body certified under Article 21 DSA;
  • judicial proceedings;
  • a complaint to the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State where you reside or are established.

6. Specifically prohibited content — enhanced procedure

For child sexual abuse material (CSAM), Mefami immediately suspends the responsible account, freezes the thread and notifies the competent authority. In Poland this is the NASK Dyżurnet team (dyzurnet.pl). Where we suspect a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person, we inform law enforcement in accordance with Article 18 DSA.

7. Orders from authorities (Articles 9 and 10 DSA)

Orders to act against illegal content and orders to provide information should be addressed to kontakt@mefami.com. We give effect to them insofar as they meet the formal requirements of the DSA, we inform the user concerned and the issuing authority, and we challenge orders that go beyond those requirements.

8. What Mefami does not do

  • No advertising. Mefami displays no advertising — neither targeted nor otherwise. Articles 26 and 28(2) DSA therefore do not apply.
  • No recommender system. Content is shown chronologically or according to the user's own choice; there is no ranking algorithm within the meaning of Article 27 DSA.
  • No dark patterns. We use no interface that deceives or distorts a user's decision (Article 25 DSA).
  • No profiling of minors. Children are not users of the service (see the Terms of Use, section 2).

9. Reporting

As a micro or small enterprise, Mefami is exempt from the transparency reporting obligation of Article 15 DSA (Article 15(2)). We nevertheless keep an internal register of notices and of the action taken, and we will publish a report should the exemption cease to apply.

Transparence DSA

  • Adresse postale : MOSTAFA ALAOUI, al. Aleje Jerozolimskie 89/43, 02-001 Varsovie, Pologne

  1. les raisons pour lesquelles vous estimez le contenu illicite ;
  2. l'indication claire de la localisation exacte du contenu (identifiant du message, ou capture d'écran datée) ;
  3. vos nom et adresse électronique (sauf pour les signalements portant sur les infractions visées aux articles 3 à 7 de la directive 2011/93/UE) ;

  • au règlement extrajudiciaire des litiges devant un organe certifié au titre de l'article 21 du DSA ;
  • à une procédure judiciaire ;

10. Contact

  • Signalements, recours, injonctions d'autorité : kontakt@mefami.com
  • Protection des données : kontakt@mefami.com
  • Assistance : kontakt@mefami.com
