Regulamin

Napisaliśmy go możliwie najprościej. Mefami istnieje, aby wspierać dobro dziecka i współpracę między dwoma domami — nigdy po to, by jeden rodzic używał go jako narzędzia przeciwko drugiemu.

1. Przedmiot i opis usługi

  • wspólny kalendarz opieki naprzemiennej;
  • rejestr wspólnych wydatków z dwustronnym potwierdzaniem i obliczaniem salda;
  • dziennik historii odporny na manipulacje, zabezpieczony łańcuchem skrótów SHA-256 (zob. sekcja 5);
  • zamkniętą komunikację tematyczną między dwojgiem rodziców, z opcjonalnym dostępem mediatora rodzinnego wyłącznie do odczytu i wyłącznie do wątków opieka, szkoła i wydatki;
  • funkcję awaryjną (pilny kontakt).

Mefami jest narzędziem. Nie świadczy porad prawnych, nie reprezentuje sądu ani organu publicznego i nie wydaje żadnej decyzji wiążącej rodziców ani osoby trzecie.

3. Konto i bezpieczeństwo

  • komunikować rzeczowo, bez nękania, gróźb, zniewag czy zastraszania;
  • nie używać usługi do nękania, śledzenia, zniesławiania ani wywierania presji na drugim rodzicu lub osobie trzeciej;
  • nie publikować treści bezprawnych, w szczególności: nękania, gróźb, podszywania się, spamu, gróźb przemocy, nakłaniania do samookaleczenia oraz materiałów przedstawiających seksualne wykorzystywanie dziecka (CSAM);
  • nie podejmować prób obejścia zabezpieczeń, kontroli dostępu ani integralności łańcucha skrótów.

Brak porady prawnej: Mefami nie zastępuje adwokata, mediatora, sędziego ani właściwego organu. Informacje w aplikacji nie stanowią porady prawnej. Mediacja i sąd pozostają ostatecznymi ramami rozwiązywania sporu rodzicielskiego.

Zgłaszanie i moderacja (DSA): możesz zgłosić wiadomość, którą uznajesz za bezprawną, korzystając z funkcji „Zgłoś" (przytrzymanie). Zgłoszenie pozwala wskazać rodzaj treści, dokładną lokalizację (identyfikator wiadomości) oraz tożsamość zgłaszającego. Mefami rozpatruje zgłoszenia terminowo, w sposób staranny, niearbitralny i obiektywny (art. 16 ust. 6 rozporządzenia (UE) 2022/2065 — DSA). Szczegółowe terminy i zasady odwoławcze opisano na stronie mefami.com/dsa.

Treści zakazane — procedura wzmocniona: w przypadku CSAM Mefami zawiadamia właściwy organ (w Polsce: NASK Dyżurnet — dyzurnet.pl), natychmiast zawiesza odpowiedzialne konto i zamraża wątek.

5 ust. 1 lit. c RODO).

Cel w interesie dziecka: dziennik służy zachowaniu ciągłości i wspólnego, rzeczowego zapisu — nie budowaniu sprawy przeciwko drugiemu rodzicowi.

6. Ceny, płatności i brak reklam

Aplikacja jest bezpłatna. W obecnej wersji Mefami nie zawiera żadnych zakupów w aplikacji, żadnego abonamentu i żadnej funkcji płatnej. Nie prosimy o dane karty i nie przetwarzamy żadnych płatności.

Brak reklam — zawsze.

7. Własność intelektualna

Mefami przysługują prawa do znaku towarowego, logo, oprogramowania i wzornictwa. Zachowujesz prawa do treści, które tworzysz; udzielasz Mefami niewyłącznej licencji w zakresie ściśle niezbędnym do świadczenia usługi.

8. Dane osobowe

Przetwarzanie danych osobowych reguluje nasza Polityka prywatności, zgodnie z RODO (rozporządzenie (UE) 2016/679). Obejmuje ona w szczególności dane dzieci (art. 8 i art.

9. Odpowiedzialność i ograniczenia

Mediacja i sąd pozostają ostatecznymi ramami.

10. Zawieszenie i rozwiązanie

12. Reklamacje i pozasądowe rozwiązywanie sporów

Odpowiadamy w terminie 14 dni.

Polska: możesz zwrócić się do powiatowego (miejskiego) rzecznika konsumentów, do wojewódzkiego inspektoratu Inspekcji Handlowej (postępowanie polubowne) albo do Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK) — uokik.gov.pl.

Unia Europejska: europejska platforma internetowego rozstrzygania sporów (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Prawo właściwe i jurysdykcja

Prawo właściwe: prawo polskie (miejsce wykonywania działalności wydawcy), bez uszczerbku dla bezwzględnie obowiązujących, korzystniejszych przepisów ochrony konsumenta kraju jego zwykłego pobytu (rozporządzenie Rzym I (WE) nr 593/2008, art. 6).

Jurysdykcja: spory między przedsiębiorcami — sąd właściwy dla stałego miejsca wykonywania działalności Mefami, tj. właściwy sąd powszechny w Warszawie; spory konsumenckie — konsument może wytoczyć powództwo przed sąd swojego miejsca zamieszkania i może być pozwany wyłącznie przed ten sąd (rozporządzenie Bruksela I bis (UE) nr 1215/2012, art. 17-19; w Polsce art. 31 § 2 k.p.c.).

Terms of Use

Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 2026-10-10

Mefami is a coordination app for separated parents. These Terms explain what the service does, what we expect from you, and your rights. We have written them as plainly as we can. Mefami exists to support your child's well-being and cooperation between two homes — never to be used as a weapon by one parent against the other.

1. Purpose and description of the service

Mefami is a mobile application (iOS and Android) and related web services for parental coordination between separated or divorced parents. The service notably provides:

  • a shared custody calendar;
  • shared-expense tracking with two-party validation and balance calculation;
  • a tamper-evident history journal secured by a chained SHA-256 hash (see section 5);
  • closed thematic messaging between the two parents, with optional read-only access for a family mediator, limited to the custody, school and expenses threads;
  • an emergency feature.

Mefami is a tool. It does not provide legal advice, does not represent a court or public authority, and does not issue any decision binding the parents or a third party.

2. Eligibility

To create an account you must be a legal adult (18+) and a parent or a person holding parental authority or legal guardianship over the child or children whose data you enter.

Children are not users of Mefami. No account is ever created for a minor. Child data is entered by the parents for the legitimate purpose of parental coordination.

Geographic availability: the European Union (including Poland) and other supported countries. The United States and Canada are actively excluded at sign-up (IP geoblocking) pending a dedicated audit — explanation: mefami.com/legal/geoblock.

3. Account and security

An account belongs to a single natural person. You undertake to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Notify us at kontakt@mefami.com of any suspected compromise of your account.

Sensitive or irreversible actions (for example account deletion) require re-entering your password.

4. Acceptable use — a cooperative framework

Mefami is designed for respectful, cooperative coordination in the interest of the child. By using the service, you agree to:

  • communicate factually, without harassment, threats, insults or intimidation;
  • not use the service to harass, surveil, defame or pressure the other parent or any third party;
  • not publish illegal content, in particular: harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, violent threats, incitement to self-harm, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • not attempt to circumvent the security, access controls or hash-chain integrity of the service.

Not legal advice: Mefami does not replace a lawyer, a mediator, a judge or any competent authority. Information in the app is not legal advice. Mediation and the courts remain the last-resort framework for resolving a parental dispute.

Reporting and moderation (DSA): you can report a message you consider illegal via the "Report" action (long-press). A report lets you state the type of content, the exact location (message identifier) and the identity of the reporter. Mefami handles reports in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner (Article 16(6) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 — the DSA). Detailed target times and recourse rules are set out at mefami.com/dsa.

Specifically prohibited content — enhanced procedure: for CSAM, Mefami notifies the competent authority (in Poland: NASK Dyżurnet — dyzurnet.pl), immediately suspends the responsible account and freezes the thread.

5. The history journal and its evidential value

Significant actions can be recorded in an append-only journal whose entries are chained with a SHA-256 hash, so that no one — not even Mefami — can alter past history without it being detectable.

What this guarantees: technical integrity and a cryptographically verifiable time-stamp of the recorded entries. The PDF export of the journal carries the hashes needed for an independent re-verification by a third party (a lawyer, a mediator, a judge), through the verification service made available by Mefami.

What this does NOT guarantee: this is not a qualified electronic time-stamp within the meaning of Article 42 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS). It is not a certification, not an authentication, and not "legally binding" proof. Its admissibility relies on Articles 25(1) and 41(1) of that Regulation; its probative value is left to the sovereign assessment of the court (Article 781 §2 of the Polish Civil Code; Articles 308-309 of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure).

Protection of sensitive content: sensitive child data entered in a private event is signed in the chain as a SHA-256 hash, not in clear text (data minimisation — Article 5(1)(c) GDPR).

Purpose in the interest of the child: the journal exists to preserve continuity and a shared factual record — not to build a case against the other parent.

6. Pricing, payments and no advertising

The app is free of charge. In this version Mefami contains no in-app purchase, no subscription and no paid feature. We do not ask for card details and we process no payment.

No advertising — ever. Mefami never displays advertising and never sells your data (see the Privacy Policy).

Should paid features be introduced in the future, they will be offered exclusively as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, in accordance with those stores' rules, after these Terms have been amended and re-accepted. The consumer's statutory right of withdrawal would then apply (Polish Consumer Rights Act, art. 27-32), subject to art. 38(13) of that Act where performance is requested before the withdrawal period ends.

7. Intellectual property

Mefami owns the rights to the brand, logo, software and design. You keep ownership of the content you create; you grant Mefami a non-exclusive licence strictly necessary to operate the service.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). It covers in particular child data (art. 8 and art. 9 GDPR), retention periods and your rights.

Parental authority: by entering a child's data you confirm that you hold parental authority and consent to the processing for the purpose of parental coordination. When the child reaches the age of majority, they exercise their own rights over their data.

Sharing a child's health data: a parent holding parental authority may, alone, grant access to the "child health" category to an invited person. Every such grant is irremovably recorded in the journal, the other parent holding parental authority is notified without delay, and any parent holding parental authority may revoke it at any time. Details: section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and limitations

Mefami provides a coordination tool with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. It is provided "as is" within the limits permitted by law (mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected).

Mefami is not a party to the relationship between the co-parents. It does not arbitrate, decide or take sides in any parental dispute. It does not verify the accuracy of the information entered by users.

Mediation and the courts remain the last-resort framework. Mefami is a tool to support cooperation and continuity, not a substitute for a judicial or mediation process.

To the extent permitted by law, Mefami is not liable for indirect damages, nor for the use a user makes of exported data against a third party.

10. Suspension and termination

By you: at any time via "Settings → Account → Delete my account", with a password step-up and a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel. After the grace period, your data is purged in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR art. 17).

By Mefami: in the event of a serious breach (CSAM, violent threats, fraud, abuse) — immediate suspension, a notification with a statement of reasons (DSA art. 17) and the possibility to appeal at kontakt@mefami.com, as described at mefami.com/dsa.

11. Changes to these Terms

Any substantial change is notified by email and in-app at least 30 days before it takes effect. A new version triggers a renewed acceptance at the next sign-in.

12. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

Complaints: send them to kontakt@mefami.com. We reply within 14 days.

Poland: you may refer the matter to the poviat (municipal) consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), to the regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (amicable proceedings), or to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) — uokik.gov.pl.

European Union: the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Governing law: Polish law (the publisher's place of business), without prejudice to the mandatory provisions more protective of the consumer of their country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, art. 6).

Jurisdiction: business-to-business disputes — the court having jurisdiction over Mefami's place of business, namely the competent common court in Warsaw; consumer disputes — the consumer may bring proceedings before, and may only be sued before, the courts of their place of residence (Brussels I bis Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, art. 17-19; in Poland, art. 31 §2 of the Code of Civil Procedure).

14. Acceptance

You accept these Terms by ticking, at sign-up, the non-pre-ticked box "I have read and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy". A new version of the Terms triggers a renewed acceptance at the next sign-in.

Conditions d'utilisation

  • un calendrier de garde partagé ;
  • un suivi des dépenses partagées avec validation par les deux parties et calcul du solde ;
  • un journal d'historique inaltérable, chaîné par empreinte SHA-256 (voir la section 5) ;
  • une messagerie thématique fermée entre les deux parents, avec un accès optionnel en lecture seule pour un médiateur familial, limité aux fils garde, école et dépenses ;

  • communiquer factuellement, sans harcèlement, menaces, insultes ni intimidation ;
  • ne pas utiliser le service pour harceler, surveiller, diffamer ou faire pression sur l'autre parent ou un tiers ;
  • ne pas publier de contenu illicite, notamment : harcèlement, menaces, usurpation d'identité, spam, menaces de violence, incitation à l'automutilation, et matériel d'abus sexuel sur mineur (CSAM) ;
